Charlie is a 100 lb Catahoula-American Bulldog mix who has been fostering small homeless dogs with the Dumb Friends League. Charlie is a big boy and offers the comfort of protection to these smaller dogs who are often fearful and recovering from the traumas of being homeless. Check out this gallery of images of Charlie and some of his foster siblings.
Charlie is a Dumb Friends League alumni himself, so it’s really wonderful to see him helping his foster siblings to acclimate to their new surroundings. Do you have a big dog and a little dog who like to cuddle? Share pics in the comments or on our Facebook page!
(If you have a dog like Charlie and want to help foster other dogs in your home, please reach out to an animal rescue near you and fill out a foster application. It’s one of the most rewarding things you can do!)
