Plenty of Plaid
Forming part of the 2022 Skims holiday collection are matching plaid lounge sets. Mom, dad, and kids can all enjoy some new lounge attire, but so can the dogs! These comfy clothes range in size from XL (31-45lbs) to XS (3-7lbs), so as many dogs as possible can try them out, and even the family cat could wear them too.
The clothes for pets only come in plaid, but there’s a little more choice for humans in the family, with various onesies, robes, jogger sets, and sweaters in a range of colors. But, the canine sweater is made from the same ultra-soft plush fabric as the human clothes, so your pup will be in the same comfort as you!
The holiday shop launched on Nov. 11, so if you’re thinking of matching with your pooch you might want to move fast – they could sell out!
Loungewear for Dogs: From SNL to Reality
It was only a year ago that Kim poked fun at her company with a ‘Skims for dogs’ sketch on ‘Saturday Night Live’. “Introducing new Skims shapewear for thick dogs,” she said on the show in front of the Skims logo, while a dog next to her sported an item of Skims clothing.
She then joked that the line was available for all dogs, “no matter how big their butt is”. But now, her jokes have become a reality as she showcases some of 2022’s coolest canine clothes.
Kim is a dog mom herself, with three Pomeranians: Sake, Soba, and Sushi. Will she kit them out in Skims attire too?
