It’s no secret that Chris Evans is obsessed with his dog, Dodger. And we’re kind of obsessed with him, too.
When the actor posted a photo of his adorable pup in a form-fitting, collared cotton shirt from his film “The Gray Man,” we couldn’t help but take the bait.
‘The Gray Man’ Recast
“While filming #thegrayman the wardrobe department accidentally shrunk one of Lloyd’s shirts. I obviously kept it for one reason,” Evans wrote on the post.
It’s good to know that Evans, who plays the primary antagonist Lloyd Hansen in Netflix’s new film “The Gray Man,” is just like us. In between star-studded premieres and high-budget movies, he makes his dog wear ridiculous clothes made for humans. And that’s what makes him the best Chris in Hollywood.
Dodger’s Past
Not many people know that Evans’ original plan was to adopt a puppy. Surprisingly, the actor met Dodger on set for one of his films, “Gifted.”
The adult Boxer mix was sitting in a kennel when Evans approached him. “I knew right away he was coming home with me,” he said of their first meeting.
Since then, the pair has been inseparable. Evans is also a strong proponent of adopt, don’t shop. To read more about this duo’s love story, click here.
