1/2 c. Organic Plain Yogurt

1/4 c. Rolled Oats

1/4 c. pureed spinach and carrots

1 tsp. Honey

Mix well

Form into 1 inch balls

Place them on a plate and put them in the refrigerator over night

Cool, delicious, and less gas!
