A small terrier dog and her 2 newborn puppies, were left in an ice box, on the hood of a car in a grocery story parking lot. The mama dog was in very bad shape and had a prolapsed uterus. In spite of her condition, her puppies were her priority. The mama dog along with her puppies wound up in the care of Vet Ranch.
